چکیده
The estimation of shear wave velocity is very important in ultrasonic elasticity imaging (SWEI). Since the stability and accuracy testing equipment have been greatly improved, order to further improve increase quality maps, we propose a novel real-time curve tracing (RTCT) technique accurately reconstruct motion trace fronts. Based on fitting each frame wave, propagation two-dimensional waves can be estimated. In this paper, image reconstruction are implemented for homogeneous regions stiff spherical inclusion with different elasticity, respectively. experimental result shows that proposed method based has advantages anti-noise performance. Moreover, by eliminating artifacts videos, map acquired restore shape inclusions better. provide new idea elastic parameters.

Cardiac Shear Wave Elastography Using a Clinical Ultrasound System.
The propagation velocity of shear waves relates to tissue stiffness. We prove that a regular clinical cardiac ultrasound system can determine shear wave velocity with a conventional unmodified tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) application. The investigation was performed on five tissue phantoms with different stiffness using a research platform capable of inducing and tracking shear waves and a clin...
متن کاملEvaluation of fatty liver fibrosis in rabbits using real-time shear wave elastography
The aim of the present study was to detect the elastic modulus (stiffness) of the livers of rabbits with non-alcoholic and alcoholic fatty liver disease using real-time shear wave elastography (SWE), and to investigate the fibrosis development process in the formation of fatty liver. The stiffness of the fatty livers in rabbit models prepared via feeding with alcohol or a high-fat diet were mea...
متن کاملUtility of Real-Time Shear Wave Elastography in the Assessment of Testicular Torsion
Real-time shear-wave elastography (SWE) is a newly developed method which can obtain the stiffness of tissues and organs based on tracking of shear wave propagation through a structure. Several studies have demonstrated its potential in the differentiation between diseased and normal tissue in clinical practices, however the applicability to testicular disease has not been well elucidated. We i...
متن کاملReal-time quasi-static ultrasound elastography.
Ultrasound elastography is a technique used for clinical imaging of tissue stiffness with a conventional ultrasound machine. It was first proposed two decades ago, but active research continues in this area to the present day. Numerous clinical applications have been investigated, mostly related to cancer imaging, and though these have yet to prove conclusive, the technique has seen increasing ...
